TRADER VIC'S

Trader Vic's is more of a Dubai rite or passage than just another eating and drinking venue. Until you've been through the doors and experienced the vibe atmosphere, you just can't consider yourself a seasoned night-lifer.

The good news is that you have various options to earn your Trader Vic's badge: you can liner over a delicious, Asia-inspired meal, or munch your way through some very moreish snacks, or even just savour a few of their famously exotic cocktails. And you can earn it in two locations-one in the Crowne Plaza on Sheikh Zayed Road, and one in the Madinat.

AL DAWAAR

The revolving restaurant located on the 25th floor of Hyatt Regency Dubai and features spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, teh Creek and the city of Dubai.

Al Dawaar offers a rich international buffet menu with a wide selection of Arabic mezzes, salads, sea food, and different stations, along with the delicious desserts. 

THE AQUARIUM

With splendid views over the creek the Aquarium has long been a popular venue, and following a recent revamp, it is even better. The new menu is based around the cuisine of the Pacific rim countries, so while teh theme is predominantly Asian, there are American and Australiab influences too.

As you would expect from the name, the emphasis is on seafood with some imaginative creations featuring Tasmanian salmon and Chilean sea bass among others, but lamb, chicken and beef is also feature to mouth-watering effect. The open kitchen allows diners to see the chefs working their magic and the wines, sourced from the same Pacific coutries, complement the food perfectly.
